When Chuck Hawley noticed one thing bizarre within the highway and stopped to test it out, he was once past shocked.  Glued to the street was once a tiny kitten.

Lined in rubber cement

He was once stunned to peer her glued to the pavement of a hectic highway within the early morning hours. It appeared transparent any individual had deliberately positioned the 5-week-old in harms manner purposely.  It seemed to be rubber cement, so he moderately peeled her paws off the pavement. Hawley took her instantly to the vet the place she was once checked and wiped clean. Along with the glue removing, puncture marks have been discovered on her neck.

In an interview with FOX 12, Hawley shared, “After I went to select her up, her toes have been caught to the street, and I’m like uh oh. So I begin to pull her toes up – and it was once like a rubber cement, so she was once glued to the street. It was once all underneath her neck after which she had slightly bit down her facet, but it surely was once most commonly her tail and her toes.”

“We have been hoping that she had simply walked thru glue, but it surely was once lovely obvious that any person had soaked her toes in glue and kind of rubbed it into the pads of her toes. I feel the way in which she was once sitting any individual if truth be told went out and put her there. As a result of there have been no glue foot prints round, it was once only a glob of glue underneath her, so it appeared like any individual simply took her and put her within the highway.”

Regardless of the cases, kitten will likely be high quality

Hawley and his spouse followed the kitten they now name “Sticky.” She is adjusting smartly to her new house, together with the circle of relatives canine.

Hawley’s spouse created a Facebook page known as “Sticky The Kitty” the place they’re sharing footage and movies of the improving kitten.  Already Sticky has over  30,000 fans. “We’ve gotten messages from in all places – Portugal, Australia, Sweden,” Hawley said. “It’s now not simply us that wishes just right information, the entire phrase is solely death for one thing just right at this time.”

Sheriff’s investigating

Marion County Sheriff’s Place of job is involved with Hawley as they examine the placement.  Deputies have taken footage of Sticky’s neck accidents as they are trying to respond to the numerous questions surrounding the case. Hawley is rather sure the act as intentional.

The excellent news is Sticky now has a loving, protected house and it sort of feels everybody couldn’t be happier.
